Contact me via email, the contact form or phone. Please include details about your project such as your budget/fee, deadline, and what the voice over recording will be used for. I’m happy to record a free demo sample of your script before you book a session. If you’d prefer, you can contact my agent instead.
I’ll send you a quote
I help companies of all shapes and sizes with quality voice over that is affordable.
My Basic Studio Fee is £250.
Voice over industry rates vary depending on where the voice is used. Internal projects don’t have usage added but projects such as commercials and those that appear online or in public will have usage applied on top of my BSF. Quotes are structured differently for video games, E-learning (which is generally quoted per word) and telephony (IVR/on-hold). Contact me for an accurate quote.
I’m an Equity member and use the Gravy For The Brain Rate Guide when quoting for most projects (or Sprecher Preise for German rates).
Book me
Once you’ve sent me a confirmation of the booking (a signed casting agreement), and I receive the final script; 24 hours is the target for sending the recording session audio if you’ve booked to record from my home studio. I can often record in less time, depending on the project size and my availability, all of which we can chat about before booking.
I don’t charge extra to record from my home studio. If you’d like, I can edit the recording into a final take for you with some alternative line options at no extra cost (unless excessive editing over the initial recording hour is required - which we can talk about before booking).
I’m also happy to record at other studios (Covid UK restrictions permitting).
Recording session
You can direct me remotely using Skype/Zoom and/or record me via Source Connect or Cleanfeed. If you prefer you can send me direction notes (for example - details of the tone/pace you want) and I’ll happily self-direct. I’m flexible and have plenty of experience doing both.
File delivery
I can send you the final audio in various file formats, the most commonly requested being WAVs or MP3s. Unless you request otherwise I send them via WeTransfer. If you’d like a different format or method of getting it over to you, just let me know.
Payment
I accept payments via Transferwise and Paypal. I’m open to other methods too such as bank transfer. Payment is due by 30 days after you’ve received the final audio files (which will also be the invoice date).
