I’ve recorded On Hold or IVR (interactive voice response) prompts and messages for all sorts of companies. From hair salons to funeral directors, construction companies to luxury London hotels…you name it! I’m frequently hired for IVR / telephony work due to my clear, friendly, fresh and natural tone of voice - helping to make scripts sound relatable and engaging.
